Diego and the staff at Luna Hotel were fantastic. The hotel is well positioned and well presented. Beautiful breakfast and coffee each morning in the restaurant that’s included. I stayed at this property with my boyfriend on an all-inclusive basis in the first week of August. A magical place to say the least. The rooms for a three *** are beautiful, spacious and always clean. Very friendly staff, even the cleaning ladies. The food is great. The location is very strategic, in the center of Torre San Giovanni. We loved this holiday and will definitely be back. We miss you Hotel Luna Lido!

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days with my wife and my 4 year old daughter, we had a very good time. We chose the half board formula with beach service. The structure is welcoming and recently renovated, there is a large reception, an elegant restaurant room and a play area for children with a small stage and chairs with tables for parents. Located a few meters from the main street. The room was also renovated with all the services, perhaps a little small but it's fine. Always impeccable cleanliness, they changed our towels every day and the room always smelled clean when we returned. Good and varied breakfast with a waitress who makes your plate so that people don't touch everything (which I really appreciate) Nice restaurant that serves good food and offers a good choice of dishes, attentive and friendly wait staff. Sandy beach with shallow water suitable for children, reachable by shuttle in 10 minutes (there are time slots for the shuttle but they are quite flexible and available), the beach is managed by Mr. Vito is a friendly person. On the beach there are only umbrellas and deckchairs but there are equipped beaches nearby. Sober and never intrusive entertainment managed by Luigi, an exquisite person, entertainment present both in the evening and on the beach, with the girls who let the children play and entertain them to give the parents a few moments of relaxation. Owner always present (even on the beach) kind and smiling like all the staff. I would happily stay here again.

We spent the week of August at this hotel on a B&B basis. Position: the structure is located practically on the seafront of Torre San Giovanni. Parking space: the property offers a guarded garage for which we paid 10 euros per day. In my opinion, it's definitely expensive given that the cars are too narrow. You should only assign cars based on the actual capacity of the garage. Rooms: when we booked we didn't think that the internal courtyard was CLOSED, also because this detail was not specified on the website. A disaster for drying clothes, for which we very often had to use the hairdryer. Although the room is minimal and clean aesthetically, honestly for the price paid (just under 200 euros per night for the room) I would have expected at least to see the sunlight from the small balcony. Air conditioner barely worked. Organization: Those in the BeB formula do not have an assigned table for breakfast while all the others have a "permanent place". This means that every morning we had to go around the tables looking for a free table and luckily the staff was always helpful in finding us a table at which to have breakfast. Breakfast: plentiful and served by the staff. Good quality of food. Value for money: based on our experience, not good.
